Due to our success and the ever growing demand of our lighting products, we are in the search of a new Account Manager Lighting (m/f), specific for the region of East-West Flanders (Belgium).

You will start in the Belgium sales team where we help each other out and you will have the possibility to further develop market share and sales skills.

Due to our success and the ever growing demand of our lighting products, we are in the search of a new Account Manager Lighting (m/f), specific for the region of East-West Flanders (Belgium).

You are a professional with a passion for serving customers. You are driven and critical and have a desire to work in a dynamic environment.

Your skills:

  • You are passionate about excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile.
  • You have outstanding listening skills.
  • You are able to communicate with empathy and be concise.
  • You feel comfortable in a young, fast growing, demanding organization.
  • You like to be challenged in order to reach your full potential.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the Lighting industry.
  • You have a network at the Electrical Installer and Wholesaler.
  • You are more or less familiar with lighting calculation software (Dialux / Relux).
  • You are fluent in Dutch and can manage in English (company language), and possibly also in French.

What will you be doing:
You will help building our business in Europe by developing the market for Opple Lighting in Belgium (East-West Flanders).

Your responsibilities:

  • Constantly improving business performance based on challenging ambitions.
  • Build a business case in collaboration with the Belgium country manager for business expansion in the assigned region.
  • Maintain and develop a long term relationship with customers.
  • Gather and analyze market information and communicate with Opple marketing team.
  • Meet the targets and budget.
  • Manage internal relationships between channels and departments.
