As an Administrative Assistant, you will work temporarily in a lively office environment in Breda. You will process daily bank transactions in AccountView and handle investigating and reconciling intermediary accounts, such as payouts from providers (like Mollie). You will also support Customer Service where needed and are flexible to assist colleagues across departments. With your structured approach, you make sure the administration is always up to date. You will work on weekdays during morning hours, with a workweek of 32 to 40 hours. The assignment starts as soon as possible and is expected to last 1 to 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

Wat wij vragen
  • You have at least higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level
  • You have 1 to 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, financial administrative assistant, or similar position
  • You are highly accurate, patient, and well-organized
  • You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Dutch language skills are a plus
  • You feel comfortable in an international, multicultural environment
  • You are available in the mornings (for processing and updating outstanding items)
