Assembly Operator (Electrical) - Relocation to the Netherlands

For a production company in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for a hands-on and accurate Assembly Operator. This company specializes in processing and assembling custom-made wire harnesses and electrical components. The working environment is informal and supportive, with a strong focus on craftsmanship and teamwork.

• Assemble and assemble wire harnesses and connector assemblies following plans and technical data sheets.
• Prepare, cut, and strip custom cables according to specifications.
• Assemble and secure parts and components in sub-assemblies or final assemblies.
• Comply with and apply internal quality standards
• Work following industrial safety and hygiene standards and internal procedures.

• You are available full-time (38 hours per week);
• You work in day shift from 07:15 to 16:15;
• You are accurate and can work independently;
• You speak Dutch and/or English;
• You have a practical mindset and a flexible attitude;
• You're not afraid to learn from mistakes and take responsibility;
• You are a team player with a professional approach;Experience in (cable) assembly is a plus, but not required.

• A gross hourly wage of €16.02;
