Informatie

Do you like working with your hands and seeing immediate results? As a Bicycle Assembly Worker, you turn loose parts into fully finished bikes. From the first screw to the final brake test, thanks to you, every bike is safe, smooth and ready for the road.

You’ll join an energetic production team where teamwork, quality and a good mood matter just as much as the end result. Coffee, tools, colleagues… and plenty of bikes. Sounds like your kind of day?

What does your day look like?
Your workday starts around 07:30 with a coffee and a quick catch-up with your team. Then you grab your work order and get started on your first bike.
  • You check the frame, mount the handlebars and wheels
  • You make sure the chain runs smoothly
  • You adjust gears and brakes so everything works perfectly

During the day you work on different types of bikes: city bikes, e-bikes and kids’ bikes. Every model is a bit different, so you stay focused and switched on. Using hand tools like torque wrenches and pliers, you follow the instructions and check regularly whether everything meets the quality standards.

Around midday, you take a well-deserved lunch break in the canteen with your colleagues. Afterwards, you continue assembling new bikes or finishing the ones you started earlier. Your eye for detail makes the difference between “just okay” and “perfect ride”.

At the end of the afternoon, you:
  • Clean and organise your workstation
  • Make sure all work orders are completed and signed off
  • Give your team leader a short update

Around 17:00, you walk out the door knowing you’ve built something real and useful – another productive day done.

Your tasks
  • Assemble complete bicycles according to work instructions
  • Adjust and fine-tune brakes, gears and lighting
  • Check the quality and safety of each finished bike
  • Pack and prepare bikes for shipment
  • Handle simple administration on work orders
  • Spot and report technical issues or defects
  • Work closely with colleagues on the production line
  • Keep your workstation tidy and organised
  • Report your progress to the team leader
  • Think along and suggest improvements in the assembly process

Who are we looking for?
  • You have a technical mindset and enjoy hands-on work
  • Experience in production or assembly is a plus, not a must
  • You can work with hand tools (e.g. Pliers, torque wrenches)
  • You speak and understand Dutch or English
  • You work accurately and don’t overlook details
  • You are physically fit and able to stand throughout the day
  • You are available for up to 40 hours per week
  • You are proactive and keep your agreements
  • You can work independently, but also enjoy being part of a team

What do we offer?
  • A gross hourly wage of €14.90 (based on a 40-hour working week)
  • Flexible payment: weekly or every four weeks
  • Travel allowance according to company regulations

  • Stable day shifts with long-term perspective
