As a Junior Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with the company's subsidiaries in order to properly consolidate the group financials;
- Analyzing and interpreting the budget to actuals, discussing the findings and results;
- Preparing income statements and balance sheets for the month-end closing procedures;
- Partnering with the data analyst in order to develop and analyze PowerBI dashboards to provide valuable business insights;
- Setting up a control framework for key business processes;
- Assisting with the preparation of the company's audit;
- Preparing any additional ad-hoc reporting requests by the management of the organization.
The salary range for this role will be in the range of €3500 - €4150 gross per month based on full time work, depending on experience and seniority. This will be a 40 hour per week contract. Additional benefits, including pension scheme and 11-week per year remote work policy, will be discussed in further detail during the interview process.

Functie eisen
In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have:* University degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics and/or other related fields;
* 3+ years of experience in a similar accounting, financial administration, or audit position;
* Experience with ERP accounting software, preferably SAP;
* Proven understanding and experience with consolidation and financial reporting (Dutch GAAP);
* Fluent in English required, Dutch preferred.
