We collaborate with development and distribution partners across the globe and bring a wide variety of games to the worldwide market. As an Associate Game Producer, you’ll help drive our growing portfolio and support the delivery of polished, high‑quality releases across multiple platforms.
About the role
In this role, you’re directly involved in the day‑to‑day production and publishing process. You support the Lead Producer by coordinating with international development partners, reviewing builds, organizing assets, and keeping production workflows aligned and moving forward. You provide clarity and structure at the heart of the team, ensuring everyone stays informed and projects stay on track.
You’ll work across a variety of game development projects and shape releases that reach players worldwide. It’s a hands‑on, fast‑paced position with room to grow, offering close collaboration with experienced producers, creative teams, and external studios.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Quality Assurance
- Support the Lead Producer in managing communication and workflows with external development studios.
- Track milestones, maintain documentation, and organize deliverables.
- Review builds, conduct QA rounds, and flag risks or issues early.
- Maintain production calendars, asset lists, and release planning documents.
- Gather internal feedback and relay it clearly and constructively to partners.
Publishing & Release Operations
- Review GDDs and production materials for completeness, market fit, and audience potential.
- Coordinate age rating submissions (ESRB, PEGI, USK, etc.).
- Provide structured game-input needed for Release Marketing Plans
- Support the creation and delivery of store assets, trailers and key art.
- Manage creative packaging and inlay requirements with designers.
- Assist with first‑party platform submissions and ensure all materials are compliant and complete.
- Deliver marketing assets and information to internal teams on schedule.
- Help coordinate social content, posting calendars, and approval flows.
- Track and log requests from media, community, influencers, and platform partners.
What we’re looking for
- Understanding global game markets, you keep up with trends in the gaming market
- Dutch, English speaking, residing in the mid‑western region of the Netherlands.
- Strong communication skills in an international business environment
- Experience in game production or software project management
- A structured, analytical, and process‑driven approach to work.
- Experience in digital publishing operations across platforms such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Slack, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
- A firm knowledge of Excel is a plus.
