In this role, you focus on professionalizing and safeguarding processes within Supply Chain Management and Order-to-Cash. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing, rolling out, publishing, and maintaining procedures and work instructions according to SCM/O2C Standards of Excellence
- Identifying and initiating improvement opportunities and process redesign across departments
- Improving process accuracy, consistency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Setting up and improving Process Governance within SCM/O2C teams
- Monitoring process compliance and quality standards
- Supporting and guiding audits and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Analyzing complaints at both departmental and cross-functional levels and implementing improvements
- Representing the department in cross-functional projects, audits, and improvement initiatives

Additionally, you have:
- A completed Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Excellent command of the English language
- 1–4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with MS Office and SAP (required)
- Preferred: experience with tools such as Celonis, AI applications, and/or knowledge of a medical/pharmaceutical environment
- Strong collaboration skills, customer focus, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with process analysis, process redesign, and project-based work
- Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally and negotiate
