SamenvattingAs a Business Process Coordinator within the SCM/O2C environment, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring optimized and best-practice processes. You ensure consistent ways of working, compliance with guidelines (license to operate), and actively contribute to continuous process improvement across departments. In close collaboration with the E2E team, you translate process and knowledge needs into clear procedures and work instructions that help the organization excel.Over de functie

In this role, you focus on professionalizing and safeguarding processes within Supply Chain Management and Order-to-Cash. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing, rolling out, publishing, and maintaining procedures and work instructions according to SCM/O2C Standards of Excellence
  • Identifying and initiating improvement opportunities and process redesign across departments
  • Improving process accuracy, consistency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Setting up and improving Process Governance within SCM/O2C teams
  • Monitoring process compliance and quality standards
  • Supporting and guiding audits and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
  • Analyzing complaints at both departmental and cross-functional levels and implementing improvements
  • Representing the department in cross-functional projects, audits, and improvement initiatives

  • 1–4 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with MS Office and SAP (required)
  • Preferred: experience with tools such as Celonis, AI applications, and/or knowledge of a medical/pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong collaboration skills, customer focus, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience with process analysis, process redesign, and project-based work
  • Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally and negotiate
