This organization in Eindhoven is active in professional cleaning and maintenance for business environments. The focus is on daily cleaning of offices, commercial spaces, and public buildings, as well as specialist cleaning tasks such as cleanroom cleaning, floor maintenance, emergency assistance, and construction or final cleaning.

The scope of work covers a wide range of services, from regular maintenance scheduling to urgent interventions such as water damage or contamination. In addition to cleaning, the company offers additional facility support, including light gardening, painting, and small technical jobs.

By using modern tools and systems for route registration, planning software, and quality control, work is carried out efficiently and in a structured manner – always with attention to safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

The organization employs between 25 and 100 people, divided over various teams. The culture is practical, straightforward, and service-oriented: employees are flexibly deployable, think along with customers, and like to take action. The relatively flat structure ensures short communication lines, enabling quick decision-making and involvement on the work floor.

Working within this organization means a lot of variety and independence. You may be assigned to daily cleaning rounds, but also to emergency situations or specialist jobs. This requires a flexible attitude and a sense of responsibility.

Work takes place at various locations, mainly in the south of the Netherlands. Sometimes you work alone, sometimes in a team, depending on the task. Employees are encouraged to think along about improvements in working methods or service. There is also attention to training and safety, and work is done with professional materials and company clothing.

• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting
• Cleaning toilets and hygiene areas
• Emptying bins and sorting waste
• Cleaning offices, reception areas, and meeting rooms

• You have an EU passport or nationality
• You speak basic to good English
• You have a valid driving license
• You are motivated, responsible, and ready to work
• Experience in cleaning is a plus, but not required

• A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
• Your salary will be paid weekly
• 27 vacation days + 13 additional days off (ADV)
• You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people and attention to you as a person
• We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which can be deducted weekly from your salary. The cost per week is €38.01
• We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49,-
