We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Portfolio Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Manager to develop and manage a client portfolio in alignment with the bank's business strategy and objectives.

Description

  • Assist the Account Manager in developing and managing a client portfolio.
  • Prepare clients' KYC documentation.
  • Process client daily payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Participate in the improvement of operational procedures and contribute to product offerings and service quality.
  • Prepare for commercial meetings and recommend appropriate ways to present and communicate the bank's products and services.
  • Provide financial advice to clients to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Ensure timely responses to requests from prospects and clients, and monitor the overall process closely.
  • Maintain the bank's image and reputation through effective oral and written communication.
  • Report any customer complaints to direct management and the Legal & Compliance department.
