This organization in Hapert specializes in the design, production, and maintenance of high-quality tools and molds used in various manufacturing processes. They provide customized solutions for clients in sectors such as automotive, plastics processing, and precision engineering.

• You will work on your fixed 5-axis machine;
• You will program the machine yourself;
• You make prototypes and single pieces from aluminium, exotic materials such as titanium, stainless steel or inconel;
• You receive files and drawings from your customer and assess manufacturability;
• You independently determine the best approach to realize the workpiece;
• You determine the best processing methods;
• You program the files yourself from drawings for your workpiece, either externally or on the machine;
• You are responsible for your machine, checking its setup and, of course, the quality of your tools and tooling;
• You perform measurements on your workpiece during the process.

• You have a vocational diploma or can demonstrate an equivalent level through work experience;
• You can guide trainees/potential skilled professionals to an equivalent level;
• You are creative and come up with the best possible way to make the workpiece;
• You want to deliver every workpiece perfectly and with high quality, with attention to detail;
• You work neatly, precisely, and check your own work at multiple stages;
• You have good communication and social skills.

• A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
• Your salary will be paid weekly
• 27 vacation days + 13 additional days off (ADV)
• You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people and attention to you as a person
• We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which can be deducted weekly from your salary. The cost per week is €38.01
• We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49,-

You must have EU nationality, be proficient in English, and hold a valid driving license.
