This organization in Heeze specializes in the production of prefabricated concrete products for the construction and infrastructure sectors. Using modern production facilities, they manufacture high-quality concrete elements applied in residential, commercial, and civil engineering projects.

The company operates with a compact team of skilled employees within an informal and results-driven work environment. Quality, precision, and safety are highly valued. The small-scale structure allows for short communication lines, ensuring direct communication and plenty of room for individual initiative. • Assembling concrete elements and placing built-in parts
• Pouring concrete and unloading finished products
• Operating overhead cranes, hall cranes, and other necessary equipment
• Checking the quality and ensuring production standards are met
• Collaborating with team members for a smooth and efficient process

• EU nationality
• English and/or Dutch language skills
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of production experience, preferably with concrete
• Available at short notice
• Motivated, reliable, and willing to work in shifts

• A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
• Your salary will be paid weekly
• 27 vacation days + 13 additional days off (ADV)
• You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people and attention to you as a person
• We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which can be deducted weekly from your salary. The cost per week is €38.01
• We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49,-

Must-haves: EU passport, English or Dutch communication skills, valid driver’s license, production experience
