Arvato is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to strengthen the team. This is a full-time position within a dynamic logistics environment, with an initial contract running until the end of 2026 and the possibility of extension.

We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional who enjoys working in an international logistics environment.
You have:
- Experience with SAP ERP and SAP EWM
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Experience within a supply chain, logistics, or warehouse environment
- A good command of the English language (English is the primary working language), good command of the Dutch language is a plus
- Gross hourly wage of 15.30
- 0.21 per kilometer travel allowance
- 25 vacation days
- 8% holiday allowance
- A full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Contract until 31 December 2026, with the possibility of extension
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting daily logistics operations from an administrative and customer-focused perspective. You will act as a key point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders while ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing inbound and outbound logistics administration
- Managing the driver reception desk
- Digitizing and maintaining logistics documentation
- Communicating with customers, carriers, and colleagues via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions
- Supporting operational processes within the warehouse administration
- Working with SAP ERP and SAP EWM systems
- Monitoring logistics flows and ensuring accurate data processing
- Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment
