English Speaking Proces Operator

Wat je gaat doen As an operator, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our production processes within one of our 5-shift teams. You’ll work closely with your team to meet strict hygiene standards and maintain the high quality of our products. Your technical insight and proactive mindset will enable you to navigate a dynamic work environment and keep everything running efficiently.

What You Will Do:

• Weighing: Accurately weigh raw materials according to guidelines.
• Production: Prepare pastes and load firing trays and ovens.
• Process Monitoring: Operate milling and sieving equipment while tracking progress.
• Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with hygiene protocols.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive work atmosphere.

The job is in a 5-shift system where you will working 31,5 hours a week. Wat we je bieden

• A gross monthly salary between €4871 and €5321 (this is including shift allowance) based on experience and qualifications.
• 25 paid holidays a year based on 40 hours a week and 8,33% vacation money.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• An average of 31.5 working hours per week in a 5-shift system.

Functie-eisen We are looking for a precise and proactive operator with technical know-how who is eager to contribute to a smooth production process within a dynamic team.

• Vapro A or Vapro B or an equivalent technical certification.
• At least 5 years experience as a proces operator preferably in chemical or food industry.
• A good command of the English language and Dutch is a big plus.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, accuracy, and safety.
• Ability to oversee and manage work processes independently.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift schedule.
