Description

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for Poland, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards;
  • Handle payroll operations for employees in both Poland and France, including calculations, tax with holdings, and statutory deductions;
  • Stay updated on Polish legal and tax regulations, ensuring the company's compliance with all local requirements;
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting;
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of Polish tax regulations and work closely with external tax advisor to optimise tax strategies;
  • Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports as required;
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all supporting documentation is organised and readily available;
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Legal, to ensure seamless payroll and compliance processes.
