Description
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for Poland, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards;
- Handle payroll operations for employees in both Poland and France, including calculations, tax with holdings, and statutory deductions;
- Stay updated on Polish legal and tax regulations, ensuring the company's compliance with all local requirements;
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting;
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of Polish tax regulations and work closely with external tax advisor to optimise tax strategies;
- Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports as required;
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all supporting documentation is organised and readily available;
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Legal, to ensure seamless payroll and compliance processes.
