For one of Europe`s largest electricity generators and producers of heat, I am looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Circularity specialist who will join our Business Area Wind's Environment & Sustainability Unit. This is a critical position that plays a crucial role in enhancing the company's approach to circularity and sustainability. In this role you will develop and implement comprehensive Circularity strategies aligned with organizational goals, engaging stakeholders and fostering a culture of Circularity.

As a Senior Circularity specialist, you will have several primary responsibilities. You will serve as the interim point of contact for all Vattenfall Group Circularity strategic internal and external initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders, both internal and external, in developing the BA Wind Circularity Roadmap. This includes enriching the roadmap with feasible circular measures while validating the baseline and the targets. You will then work on getting these targets accepted internally while raising awareness in the organization. You will also coordinate the implementation of the roadmap and targets, including developing KPIs and monitoring them.

Furthermore, you will be the point of contact for the BA Wind Blade recycling KPI tracking and support the implementation of sustainability in procurement strategies while developing tender circularity award criteria. You will provide circularity expertise, including blade recycling, for all aspects of Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Solar, and Batteries asset development, construction, operation, and decommissioning. You will also support circularity content development for sustainable award criteria and minimum requirements in Offshore Wind Auctions.

Finally, you will facilitate and participate in circularity-related R&D and external working groups, ensuring that our company remains at the forefront of circularity and sustainability.
