We are seeking for an experienced Functional Application Manager for our Document Management Systems. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into actionable functional specifications and guiding their successful implementation. You will act as the main point of contact within the organization for all matters related to Document Management Systems, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
Through close collaboration with stakeholders, you will continuously identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of document management processes, driving improvements that support both operational excellence and strategic goals. You will coordinate the change advisory board process and manage the lifecycle of changes from concept to deployment, addressing incidents efficiently and leading the escalation and resolution of underlying problems. To ensure system stability and reliability, you will coordinate and conduct functional testing for all updates, patches, and enhancements. You will maintain the integrity, security, and accessibility of all documents and data within the platforms, managing system configurations and metadata structures to support robust data governance. Supporting end users is another critical aspect of your role, where you will provide functional guidance, training, and documentation, and develop a knowledge base to enhance user support, including AI-driven first-line assistance.
RequirementsWe are looking for a Functional Application Manager with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a creative and innovative mindset. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business process discipline.
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and international EPC environment.
- Proficiency with Document Management System software applications, such as M-Files, Meridian, and Hubshare.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines, demonstrating a proactive, can-do attitude and ambition.
- Strong collaboration skills, capable of working with various departments and stakeholders to achieve joint results.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge and accept cases.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
