Glass production operator

As a machine operator in the glass industry, you will contribute to the efficient production of high-quality glass products used in modern construction and infrastructure. At Scheuten Glas in Venlo, you will work with advanced machinery in a 3-shift system, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of products. What You Will Do:

• Operate: glass processing machines such as cutting and CNC machines, ensuring they function efficiently and safely.
• Set up: production parameters and adjust machines to meet specific product requirements.
• Inspect: the quality of glass products to ensure they meet the required standards before delivery.
• Maintain: and perform minor repairs on machines to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Collaborate: with your team to optimize production processes and maintain a safe working environment.

• A starting salary of €3149 gross per month, including shift allowance.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• A full-time position of 38 hours per week in a 3-shift system.
• 8% holiday allowance to enjoy your well-deserved breaks.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
• A bonus scheme that can add up to €2500 gross annually.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused machine operator eager to thrive in a fast-paced glass production environment.

• MBO 4 education level or equivalent technical experience.
• Full-time availability for 3-shift rotation schedules.
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills for operating production systems.
• Proficient in Dutch, German, or English communication.
