As a Greenhouse Worker, your tasks will vary between greenhouse and warehouse activities. You’ll help with planting small plants, checking quality, weeding, picking flowers, and replanting bigger plants. The work is a mix of sitting tasks at the line and active tasks in the greenhouse, including walking, bending, and handling plant trays.
Your main tasks:
- Planting small plants into trays and checking quality.
- Pulling weeds and picking flowers.
- Replanting and caring for bigger plants.
- Assisting with greenhouse and warehouse activities.
- Ensuring overall cleanliness and order in your work area.
Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 06:00–15:30 (40 hours).
Flexibility is required, including working during the Christmas holiday peak period.
Over het bedrijfGlobe Plant specializes in the durable and hygienic cultivation of high-quality vegetable plants. They also focus on floriculture, producing Cut Gerbera, Antirrhinum, Panicum, and the well-known Gerbera Durora. All plants are grown sustainably using geothermal energy, combining quality, innovation, and environmental care.

- Available for 6 days a week (including Saturdays) and during the Christmas holiday.
- Basic knowledge of English or Dutch.
- Salary: €14.40/hour.
- 135% overtime bonus after 38 hours.
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer for a one-way trip between 10 and 26 km.
- Full-time employment in a growing company.
- Varied tasks with both hands-on and seated work in greenhouse and warehouse.
