As a Greenhouse Worker at Syngenta, you'll work in both the production (warehouse) section and the greenhouse itself. The job involves planting small seedlings into trays while seated, as well as caring for larger plants in the greenhouse environment — including checking plant quality, replanting, removing weeds, and ensuring healthy growth. Your daily activities will include:
Working on the planting line (placing young plants into trays) Inspecting and gathering small plants and seeds Replanting and maintaining larger plants Picking up trays, bending, and walking between greenhouse sections Following safety and quality procedures
You will work from Monday to Friday with day shifts: 07:00 - 15:00

Wat wij bieden- € 15.72 gross per hour, paid weekly
- Extra allowance for weekends: +25% on Saturday (hourly wage: € 19.65)+100% on Sunday (hourly wage: € 31.44)
- Overtime allowance: 60% after 38 hours per week Travel allowance: € 0.23 per km (after 10 km)
- 8.33% holiday allowance
