- Manage time registration for approximately 160 technicians, ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Actively participate in recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job postings and liaising with agencies.
- Handle subsidy applications for employee training and contribute to the onboarding process.
- Provide HR data to the HR Service Desk and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
