Join our client, a big energy company in Amsterdam, as a frontend developer!
You will be part of a dynamic Customer Recognition & Digital Identity (CRD) product team. We're looking for a talented individual who is passionate about creating secure and user-friendly digital identity experiences across the company's customer-facing platforms.
In this role, you will collaborate with product owners, designers, and back-end engineers to enhance login and registration flows, consent management, and account linking, all while upholding top-notch security standards. This is a temporary role that will last until end of June 2026.

As a frontend developer, your role encompasses the following responsibilities:
- Creating and upkeeping front-end components that facilitate authentication, authorization, and customer identification features.
- Collaborating with designers and backend developers in crafting user-friendly and secure interfaces related to Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Enhancing front-end functionalities using Angular, TypeScript, and other relevant frameworks.
- Integrating identity providers and APIs (such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Azure AD B2C) while adhering to IAM and security best practices.
- Maintaining high standards of front-end performance, accessibility, and overall maintainability.
- Contributing to the establishment of front-end standards and best practices within the CRD domain.
- Assisting in test automation through unit testing (using Jest) and UI testing (using Cypress).
- Converting business and security requirements into scalable, user-focused technical solutions.
A nice assignment in Amsterdam from November 2025 to end of June 2026, for 32 hours per week. Unfortunately, in this assignment we cannot hire a ZZP. You will be employed via us under a flexible contract, for a salary that ranges from € 6000 to € 7000 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). Please note that in order to be considered for this role, you need to be based in the Netherlands and fully eligible to work.
How we'll proceed. Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. After consulting with you, we will introduce you to our client and then continue to guide you through the application process. Functie eisen
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.* Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
* Proven experience with Angular (v9+), TypeScript, SCSS, HTML5, and RxJS.
* Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).
* Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps) and Git/Gitflow.
* Familiarity with REST-based architectures and Azure Cloud.
* Experience with unit and UI testing frameworks.
* Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Proactive, structured approach to improving user experiences with secure digital identity solutions.
