You guide organizations through the implementation of TAGGRS, ensure our solutions integrate seamlessly with their existing systems, and translate customer needs into new functionality. With your sharp analytical skills and technical insight, you contribute directly to the development of new features within our ambitious IT team.

Tasks
  • You’ll implement and configure server-side tagging setups for our customers using the Taggrs platform (e.g. Meta CAPI, GA4, TikTok Events, custom events).
  • You’ll translate business goals into technical data flows, ensuring our customers collect the right events, parameters, and conversions.
  • You’ll work closely with marketing, data, and development teams at the client to ensure a smooth onboarding.
  • You’ll troubleshoot tracking issues, validate event quality, and make sure data is compliant and highly reliable.
  • You’ll explain technical concepts in clear, simple language, helping non-technical stakeholders understand what’s happening under the hood.
  • You’ll collaborate directly with our product team to report bugs, suggest improvements, and test new platform features.
  • You’ll help create documentation, best practices, and implementation playbooks as our processes mature.
  • You’ll stay up to date with the latest in privacy, tracking, and browser/server technology, becoming an expert on modern data collection.
  • You’ll manage multiple onboarding projects at once, ensuring customers go live smoothly and successfully.
  • You’ll contribute to our continuous improvement by sharing insights from customer setups and real-world tracking challenges.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in web analytics, tag management, adtech/martech, or a technical support/implementation role.

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (web & server) or other tag management solutions.

  • A solid understanding of event tracking, data layers, APIs/webhooks, or conversion tracking.

  • Basic technical skills — you don’t need to code, but you can read and understand:

  • JavaScript events

  • Network requests

  • JSON payloads

  • Pixel/measurement protocols

  • A strong interest in privacy (GDPR), consent management, and modern tracking standards.

  • Comfort working with developers and marketing/data teams; you enjoy being the bridge between business and tech.

  • A structured and analytical approach, able to diagnose complex tracking setups step-by-step.

  • An eagerness to learn — SST evolves fast, and you love exploring new tools and techniques.

  • A proactive, hands-on mindset: you enjoy building, testing, improving, and figuring out how things work.

  • Strong communication skills: you can guide customers clearly and professionally.

  • Experience with server environments, cloud platforms, or CDN setups is a plus but not required.

✅ German language skills and experience with DACH clients are a bonus, as Taggrs is scaling quickly in German-speaking markets.
