The Operations Technical Management Department is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing technical operational strategies, standards, and procedures for Bluewater’s FPSO fleet. This includes performance management, maintenance systems, and the governance and auditing of technical processes.

We are looking for a skilled and driven Asset Integrity Engineer to ensure the effective management of asset integrity across our fleet. In this role, you will implement and execute integrity management (IM) systems that support the asset teams, ensuring operational reliability and safety.
You will oversee Risk-Based Assessments (RBA), optimize inspection routines, and integrate results into the CMMS (Maximo). You will coordinate inspections, review corrosion data, manage third-party contractors, and guide on-site teams.
You will also support the Offshore Inspection Engineers, manage integrity registers, and contribute to repair, modification, and lifetime extension projects. Your insights will help shape long-term integrity strategies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
An Asset Integrity Engineer with a hands-on mindset, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across departments. The ideal candidate will possess:
• Bachelor’s degree in Corrosion, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of corrosion mechanisms and material degradation in oil & gas
• Experience with CMMS (Maximo) and inspection planning tools is preferred
• Understanding of Class Rules and offshore regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel offshore and abroad for short-term assignments
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
