Intercedent

As a Intercedent in Rotterdam, you are the vital link between temporary workers and employers in the staffing industry. You work together with an informal and driven team, where everyone supports each other. Your day consists of recruiting and selecting suitable temporary staff for diverse vacancies at various companies. You guide new employees from their first day at work throughout their careers. In addition, you maintain and build relationships with existing employers and advise on staffing solutions. You handle administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, registering hours worked, and ensuring correct payroll processing. You also follow up on placements and monitor satisfaction with both the client and the temporary worker. You keep an overview of sickness and absenteeism cases and support with guidance when needed. You work from Monday to Friday during office hours, usually between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

• At least MBO working and thinking level
• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, for example as a recruiter, administrative assistant, customer service representative, or similar positions
• Strong communication and commercial skills
• Good command of Dutch or English, both spoken and written
• You live a maximum of 30 kilometers from Rotterdam
• You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and have a service-oriented mindset

• A market-based salary between € 2 600 and € 3 500 gross per month
