Interim Agile Project Manager

A big sports retailer in Amsterdam is looking for an Agile Project Manager!
In this role, you will work closely with the company's Tech, Applications, Infrastructure, and Delivery teams in India, alongside the business stakeholders, to keep assigned projects on schedule and promote more agile ways of working. You will ensure that new processes are smoothly introduced from pilot programs through commercialization and that issues are quickly identified and resolved.

In this role, you will work closely with the company's Tech, Applications, Infrastructure, and Delivery teams in India, alongside the business stakeholders, to keep assigned projects on schedule and promote more agile ways of working. You will ensure that new processes are smoothly introduced from pilot programs through commercialization and that issues are quickly identified and resolved.

• Provide overall project management to projects/workstreams identified, and do so by infusing an agile mindset/culture with the understanding we are looking to promote agility and flex the traditional model where possible.
• Provide Scrum Master or coaching duties for facilitating the company's best-in-class agile practices / agile ways of working;
• Scheduling and facilitating necessary meetings and related action items.
• Communicate with key stakeholders on a regular and structured cadence on all ongoing Tech initiatives impacting the EMEA region.
• Keep the department Roadmap updated and drive its alignment with business priorities.
• Pursuing iterative process improvements and collaborative conversations.
• Working with outside vendors and internal teams to plan and manage the project activities,
• Provide governance, and oversight, and provide status and other inputs to Business and IT stakeholders / Leadership.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues (and related mitigation plans); escalate in a clear and timely manner as appropriate.
• Provide RAG state and status updates and slide decks for reviews and updates to the business / IT stakeholders.
• Working with the business/product, actively manage the project scope.

A great fulltime assignment in the Amsterdam area, hybrid working is possible. This assignment will last initinally for 6 months, but is likely to be extended. For zzp the hourly rate is between 90-100 Euro per hour. There's also the possibility of a flex contract via us, in which case an attractive salary applies.
