A leading international organization is seeking a Fleet Manager for a temporary assignment (4 months) focused on the European rollout of a strategic car fleet transformation project. This project is designed to implement Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS) as the preferred leasing partner across 20+ markets.

- Lead the implementation of VWFS across 8 European entities not yet onboarded;
- Support existing VWFS markets by ensuring service quality, competitive pricing, and SLA adherence;
- Finalize international and local contractual agreements with VWFS;
- Develop and roll out a harmonized European car policy across all markets;
- Define and maintain project governance, tracking savings and compliance;
- Engage local stakeholders in procurement, HR, and finance to ensure successful adoption;
- Manage escalations related to commercial terms or service quality;
- Guide policy harmonization efforts aligned with new regional fleet standards.
- Location: Amsterdam, Hybrid - 60% onsite / 40% remote.
- Availability: Full-time (minimum 4 days / 32 hours per week).
- Hourly Rate: €80-€90 all-in.
- Candidate Submission Deadline: Thursday, June 12, 5 PM CET.
- Contract Type: Freelance or Flex contract.

Functie eisen
* Proven experience in fleet management and leasing models across multiple European countries;* Strong project leadership skills with experience managing large-scale, cross-border initiatives;
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities;
* Solid grasp of leasing economics, TCO analysis, SLA tracking, and policy frameworks;
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret commercial proposals and drive data-informed decisions;
* Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
