As a Junior Reccruiter in Hoofddorp, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting candidates with job openings across various industries. You’ll actively search for talent, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to find the best fit for clients’ needs. Your daily routine involves a mix of phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. You’ll collaborate with experienced colleagues, learn recruitment best practices, and contribute to team targets in a lively office environment. Main responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
- Conducting interviews and assessments with job seekers
- Writing and posting job advertisements to attract talent
- Maintaining contact with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Supporting administration related to placements and contracts
- Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas
You’ll work Monday to Friday, on a full-time basis, during standard office hours.

Wat wij vragen- MBO working and thinking level (vocational education)
- At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment, staffing, or HR support role
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Able to commute to Hoofddorp (max 40 km)
- Familiarity with job boards, social media, or applicant tracking systems
- Motivated to develop a career in recruitment and talent management
