• The Bridge: You are the vital link between the screen and the shipment. You manage the digital heartbeat of the operation, handling AWBs, customs data, and airline communication, all while standing right next to the cargo.
• The Inspector: When a truck hits the dock, you’re there. You verify, you validate, and you take charge. If the paperwork is perfect but the pallet is damaged, you’re the one who spots it and fixes it on the spot.
• The Operator: You don’t wait for things to happen; you make them happen. Whether it’s answering a high-priority email in English or jumping on a forklift to organize a priority shipment for a late-night flight, you handle it with ease.
• The Closer: You finish your shift knowing that because of you, planes are flying full and customers are happy. You leave the floor organized, the systems updated, and the mission accomplished.
