This role combines your love for sports with your expertise in logistics management, offering an exciting opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
Your role in our team- Lead and inspire a team of 10-25 employees, promoting Decathlon's values
- Manage team recruitment, onboarding, planning, contracts, and offboarding
- Coordinate logistics activities as a duty manager for approximately 10 shifts per month
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations
- Work with KPIs and contribute to accurate forecasting
- Implement and maintain safety procedures in the workplace
- Completed MBO 4 education or equivalent experience in logistics management
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development
- Excellent command of English
- Customer-focused mindset with B2C and B2B experience
- Flexibility to work 38 hours per week, including occasional weekends and night shifts during peak seasons
- Proficiency in forecasting and KPI management
