Machine Operator

Are you an experienced or aspiring Machine Operator looking for a role in a dynamic production environment? In this position, you will operate industrial machinery, monitor product quality, and ensure smooth and safe operations on the production floor. You’ll be part of a dedicated team where precision, efficiency, and safety are key. What you will do as a Machine Operator:

• Safely and efficiently operate production machinery within a 5-shift schedule;
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure products meet strict standards;
• Detect and resolve minor technical or mechanical issues;
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in line with company safety protocols.

• Technical education or practical experience in production or manufacturing;
• Hands-on experience operating machinery in an industrial environment;
• Basic understanding of machine maintenance and first-level troubleshooting;
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written;
• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
