We are looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician who is eager to share knowledge, take initiative, and lead a team in a dynamic production environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of machinery, installations, and production lines. You will not only resolve technical issues but also act as a mentor and role model for your colleagues. Working closely with the Head of Technical Services, you will contribute to the ongoing development and professionalization of the maintenance department.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and production lines
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations
- Contribute to technical improvement projects and optimization of production processes
- Train and support team members, especially in electrical and PLC-related knowledge
- Maintain accurate records in maintenance and fault management systems (e.g., Ultimo)
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and support onboarding of new colleagues

Wat wij vragen- Completed technical education (MBO level 4) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field
- At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance or troubleshooting technician, preferably in the food industry
- Strong electrical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults effectively
- Proven experience in training and supporting colleagues
- Hands-on mindset with a proactive attitude toward challenges and improvement projects
- Good command of Dutch (spoken and written); additional languages such as English are an advantage
