- Lead packaging development projects end-to-end
You develop and implement primary packaging solutions and optimize secondary and tertiary packaging, from concept through validation and factory implementation. - Translate complex requirements into practical solutions
You align inputs from R&D, marketing, procurement, supply chain, quality, legislation, and consumers into packaging that meets functional, sustainability, and cost targets. - Work across materials, technologies, and markets
You operate globally across packaging formats such as metal cans, cartons, PET, flexibles, and industrial packaging, supporting both B2B and B2C applications. - Drive improvement and sustainability
You continuously improve packaging performance, processing compatibility, and supply chain efficiency while supporting sustainability ambitions.
Vereisten
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO / WO) in Industrial Design, Technical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in packaging development, preferably within food or FMCG.
- Experience with metal cans and/or aerosol packaging (preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of processing technologies and (aseptic) filling lines.
- Proven ability to translate material and process capabilities into optimized packaging solutions.
- Strong command of the English language (Dutch is a strong advantage).
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A competitive gross monthly salary in line with senior interim market rates (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
