Nightreceptionist Weekend

As a Freelance Night Receptionist, you will ensure a safe and hospitable environment for our hotel guests. You will warmly welcome and check-in guests arriving late at night or departing early in the morning. You will efficiently handle administrative tasks, such as processing bookings and payments, and act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and emergencies. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in guests arriving late or departing early.
• Process bookings and manage payments.
• Ensure safety and well-being of guests throughout the night.
• Effectively respond to various emergencies.
• Serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

We are currently looking for a Parttime Night receptionist for the weekends (friday & saturday shift, or saturday & sunday shift). So this is ideal if you are in need of extra shifts, or are a student, or just want to work parttime during the weekends. Over de opdrachtgeverNRS has a great and professional team of night receptionists with whom we have been providing nightly reception services in hotels since 2018. In Amsterdam, we work with a variety of hotels, ranging from low-end (hostels and 1 to 2-star hotels) to mid-range (3-star hotels) and high-end (4+ star hotels). We have collaborations with hotels in each segment and offer you opportunities to gain experience. If you already have experience, there are also possibilities for further development in hotels where you haven't worked before.Wat vragen wij van jouRequirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in night shifts.
• Self-reliant, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Familiarity with the Amsterdam region and flexibility with working hours.
• Possession of relevant safety and first-aid certifications is advantageous.
• Registered as a Freelancer (ZZP) in the Chamber of Commerce.
