As a Housing Manager, you are responsible for the daily management of the site and supervision of residents.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Welcoming and registering new and departing residents (check-in/check-out)
  • Providing information about house rules and facilities
  • Issuing keys and access cards
  • Monitoring order, peace, and safety within the building
  • Conducting regular inspection rounds on site
  • Recording and reporting incidents, malfunctions, and irregularities
  • Acting as the point of contact for residents, employment agencies, and suppliers
  • Identifying issues and reporting them to the location manager
  • Ensuring compliance with house rules
You will work in a 3-shift schedule (morning, evening, and night), ensuring 24/7 supervision on site.

  • You are a responsible and service-oriented professional who can handle challenging situations with confidence.
  • You are reliable and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • You communicate effectively with international residents
  • You are stress-resistant and remain calm under pressure
  • You are hospitable and service-minded
  • You are willing to work in shifts
  • You are organized and able to handle basic administrative tasks
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented
  • English is required; Polish and/or Spanish is a plus
