Informatie
Some roles improve a process. This role shapes how logistics performance is led across an entire region. As Process Excellence Manager EMEA Logistics, you will step into a high-impact EMEA leadership position with the freedom to build standards, influence decision-making and deliver measurable business impact across multiple countries, distribution centers and 3PL partners.
You will not be optimizing at the edges. You will lead end-to-end logistics performance improvement, act as the primary EMEA interface to Global Enterprise Excellence, and work closely with Commercial and Finance on cost, margin and operational trade-offs. This is a role for someone who wants to combine strategic scope, international exposure and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in a complex network.
In this role, you will strengthen how Bausch + Lomb manages, reviews and improves logistics performance across EMEA. You will operate close to the business, work intensively with EMEA Logistics leadership, site teams, distribution centers and 3PL partners, and navigate effectively in a complex international matrix. Your focus is not only on continuous improvement methodology, but on using Enterprise Excellence to create better service, stronger control and clear financial impact.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Owning Enterprise Excellence and performance governance across EMEA Logistics, including KPI frameworks, dashboards, daily management routines and escalation processes
- Driving cost-to-serve improvement and margin performance in close partnership with Commercial and Finance, with a strong focus on business impact and decision quality
- Leading the EMEA transformation and continuous improvement portfolio, including network changes, operational improvement programs and 3PL transitions across multiple countries
- Accelerating digital enablement and analytics through an Enterprise Excellence lens, turning data into practical improvement actions across sites and logistics partners
