As an Amazon Operations Coordinator, you manage the complete end-to-end operational flow for a multinational customer's Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts. You spend your day processing purchase orders in Vendor Central and coordinating freight bookings via the CARP system to ensure everything stays on schedule. Your work bridges the gap between digital administration and the physical movement of goods on the warehouse floor in Hoofddorp. Together with a team of three colleagues, you take full ownership of order accuracy, transport planning, and quality standards for this fast-growing company.

Activities
  • Process and confirm Purchase Orders (POs) received through Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Monitor and manage order acknowledgements, shipment confirmations, and delivery windows.
  • Resolve operational issues such as PO discrepancies and short shipments.
  • Manage chargebacks and handle dispute resolution with Amazon.
  • Book and coordinate inbound and outbound freight via the CARP system.
  • Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation including BOL, CMR, and packing lists.
  • Conduct or coordinate inbound and outbound quality checks on products and shipments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders, shipments, and communications.
  • Track KPIs including on-time delivery rate, order accuracy, and chargeback rates.

We are looking for
  • MBO+ or HBO level, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
  • Affinity with or experience in e-commerce logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with pivot tables and data validation.
  • Ability to work from 08:00 to 17:00 and handle a dynamic workload.
  • A team player who can work independently and step in for colleagues when needed.
  • Reliable, structured, and comfortable with deadlines and shifting priorities.
