As a Paint Line Operator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the finishing line and supervising a small team of 2 to 3 employees.

- Performing quality control on products at the finishing line.
- Maintaining the production line to ensure efficient and continuous operation.
- Improving and adjusting recipes in the HMI system for our production robots.
- Resolving minor malfunctions, if necessary in consultation with our in-house Technical Service team.
- Supervising and guiding a small team of 2 to 3 employees.
- Planning daily tasks in consultation with the production manager.
- Actively contributing ideas for optimization to improve quality and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of and affinity with production processes;
- Experience in a similar role is a plus;
- Proficiency in the English language;
- Willingness to work in 2- and 3-shift schedules.
