Become an Operator at our client in Waalwijk and help turn fresh, just-harvested vegetables and fruit into frozen quality products ready for customers across Europe.

From sorting and packing to freezing and storage — you and your team oversee the entire production process. You guide new colleagues, operate and maintain machinery, spot and solve issues, and keep everything running smoothly. You are the key to an efficient, safe and high-quality production line.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring daily production planning;
• Detecting and correcting process deviations;
• Performing quality checks;
• Preventing and solving malfunctions;
• Ensuring a clean, safe and hygienic working environment;
• Participating in team meetings and improvement projects.

You will work in a 3-shift system (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00) — and of course receive an attractive shift allowance!

You are someone who:

• Has a positive and proactive attitude;
• Takes responsibility and enjoys tackling challenges;
• Has technical insight and a willingness to learn;
• Feels comfortable in a production environment;
• Has affinity with food/fruit & vegetable processing;
• Is willing to work in 3 shifts;
• Is eager to grow and develop new skills.

You will start on a temporary contract (9-12 months). Perform well, and there's a great chance to receive a direct contract with our client — they are growing fast and want strong team members for the long term!

• A net weekly payment of €480 after deduction of your rent and health insurance;
• 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance;
• End-of-year bonus: 4.25%;
