As a Packaging Operator, you work in a team that ensures customers receive their orders on time and accurately. Your main tasks involve labeling and packaging seeds—either by machine or manually.
You check that everything is of good quality and follow standard work instructions. If you notice a problem with the seeds, machines, or workplace, you report it to your supervisor.
Together with your team, you ensure work runs smoothly. You contribute ideas for improvements and assist other teams when needed. You work neatly, safely, and according to the rules.
What you will do:
Label and package seeds.
Set up, clean, and adjust machines.
Perform simple quality checks.
Collect orders and process them administratively.
Report deviations or problems.
Participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives.
Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
Work flexibly during busy periods or on other shifts.
