As a Pollinator, you manually apply pollen to the stigma of flowers or plants.
Hand pollination often involves the use of a brush. Work includes:
- Pollinating plants and flowers
- Removing stamens
- Germination with a tablet
- Harvesting and checking tomato, cucumber and bell pepper seeds
- General greenhouse work (no heavy work)
Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00. We also consider it important that you can work a few days during the holidays, of course at a 200% allowance.

Wat wij vragen- Experience with pollination is a big plus, but not a requirement
- You speak (basic) English and/or Polish
- You have your own transportation to the company in de Lier
- A gross hourly wage of €15.72
- Allowance of 140% if you work more than 8 hours per day/38 hours per week
- Allowance of 200% on holidays
- Travel allowance and vacation pay
- Work at one of the largest agricultural companies in the world
- A job in a stable environment
