Production Employee – Uniekaas

Are you ready to join the Netherlands’ oldest cheese brand? As a production employee at Uniekaas, you’ll play a hands-on role in preparing our high-quality cheeses for delivery. You’ll work in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, precision, and quality.

Your responsibilities:

• Packaging cheese and preparing it for transport
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Placing cheese on the production line to ensure smooth operations
• Supporting colleagues to maintain an efficient production flow
• Upholding quality standards to meet customer expectations

What we offer

€15.52 per hour + shift allowances up to 140%

Full-time work, 32–36 hours per week, 2- or 3-shift system

Temporary contract with prospect of permanent employment

Travel allowance from 10 km + free parking

✅ Who we are looking for

• Experience in production or food industry is a plus
• Living near Kaatsheuvel, Waakwijk or Tilburg
• Willingness to work in 2- or 3-shift system
• Physically able to stand and walk throughout the workday
• Language: Dutch or English (B1 level)
