As an upcoming operator in the Scent department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, you will play an integral role in creating fragrance components used in products worldwide, such as detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes. Working in a 5-shift system, you will handle raw materials with precision, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a collaborative mindset to maintain a smooth production process in a clean, modern environment.
What You Will Do:
- Collecting: raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station equipped with a computer and scale.
- Weighing: and processing ingredients accurately, sometimes handling up to 30 components per batch.
- Mixing: and preparing fragrance materials for further processing.
- Monitoring: and operating equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
- Maintaining: a safe, clean, and organized workplace while adhering to all safety and quality regulations.

- 13 ADV days and a 13th-month salary in a flex budget.
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional ready to excel in a dynamic production environment.
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English (minimum level B2).
- Experience as a production employee or operator.
- Physically fit and comfortable with tasks up to 25 kg.
- Willing to work in a 5-shift system.
- Experience handling fragrances and chemical substances.
