An organization in the cosmetics industry who have been around for 15 years is looking for a quality assurance specialist to join their team.
Quality Assurance Specialist needed in the FMCG Industry.
In this role, you will manage international quality assurance activities and projects that contribute to safeguarding and further improving the quality of products.
- Follow up on acute quality issues together with suppliers and coordinate non-conformity processes (e.g. CAPA);
- Review monthly customer feedback and take part in (bi)annual supplier evaluation sessions on quality KPIs;
- Signal product quality improvements in partnership with the Innovation Department and your suppliers, initiate quality improvement projects to optimize our product assortment;
- Function as a contact person for suppliers, sales organizations, and internal departments, managing quality-related procedures and inquiries;
- Act as business ambassador protecting all quality, safety, and legislation requirements.
Salary will be around €4500 - €5500 gross a month based on 40 hours workweek.

Functie eisen
* Degree in science or technology, or equivalent in knowledge, experience, and training - (NVC) packaging technology, industrial design engineering, etc.* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a Quality Assurance/Technology role in the (cosmetic) packaging field;
* You are structured, disciplined, have great analytical skills, and enjoy working with stakeholders;
* Social skills are also a must, as you will be interacting with people from different cultures and backgrounds, as well as functions.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and a good command of the English language is essential;
* A driver's license.
