As a receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for international B2B customers. Every morning from 8:30 a.m., you'll be the warm voice on the phone or bring the smile on everyone's face at the office!
Over de functieYour workplace is a beautiful spacious office equipped with all modern conveniences, where all products are presented in an impressive manner. On a regular basis clients visit the showroom, but also events and product presentations are held from the location.
You will provide a warm and professional welcome! You will also ensure that customers are dealt with politely on the phone. Several calls come in every day because all traffic goes through the general number at the reception. You will make appointments, transfer calls to the right people, or arrange callbacks. Your team consists of four other colleagues with whom you will run the front desk.
- Handling incoming phone calls professionally;
- Welcoming customers to the showroom in a customer-friendly manner;
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail;
- Performing light administrative tasks.
The organization
You will be joining a growing international organization focused on security, fire, and burglary protection, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. This distributor supplies 60 brands and has multiple locations in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. The head office is located in Breda and employs approximately 70 people, consisting of skilled technicians and professionals who always place service and delivery high on their list of priorities. The company has direct contact with the end customer, but also with a number of installation companies that use their products. Your colleagues are sociable and there is an informal atmosphere in the office. Team days or fun company activities are organized regularly. For example, a joint lunch was recently arranged with food trucks or a French fry cart. Everyone is involved and results are achieved together. In other words, it is a fun and professional organization!
What are we looking for?
- You speak native French, professional English and hopefully Dutch
- You have experience in working as a receptionist or office manager
- You are fulltime available and located close to Breda.
