As Resort Manager, you are responsible for:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel;

- Elevate the guest experience, ensuring it is both refined and emotionally resonant;

Functie eisen
As a successful Resort Manager, you meet the following criteria;
- You have an internationally recognised degree in tourism, hospitality or a similar field;
- Proven Ultra-Luxury EAM / Director of Operations and Food & Beverage experience;
- Experience in resort settings with world-class dining is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional language skills such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are considered a strong advantage;
- Willingness to relocate and live on one of the world’s most unique island destinations, the Maldives (single package).
