- Develop and manage cloud data platforms on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, ensuring adherence to security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability principles.
- Oversee a team of data engineers, aligning technical solutions with business requirements while managing stakeholder relationships.
- Employ Python, SQL, and Git for data processing and application development, while adhering to software engineering best practices.
- Design and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using tools like Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Design and utilize various data storage solutions, including data lakes, data warehouses, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Apply knowledge of data modeling and database normalization to ensure efficient data organization and retrieval.
A great permanent role in Amsterdam/Den Bosch, with a salary of €4500 - €7000 gross per month. Aside from salary, there are other secondary which we would be happy to tell you about in a call!

Functie eisen
* 4+ years of experience as a Cloud Data Engineer.* Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git.
* Knowledge of Software Engineering principles and best practices.
* Experience designing and implementing data platforms on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Familiarity with data storage techniques (data lakes, data warehouses, SQL/NoSQL databases).
* Experience with platform design, DevOps features, and CI/CD tools (Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
* Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, AWS CDK, Bicep/ARM).
* Experience with virtualization and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of orchestration and data processing tools (Apache Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, (Py)Spark, Scala).
* Understanding of Data Modelling and Database Normalisation.
