TakenThe role: Operator
As an Operator you will play a pivotal role in our mission to redefine the world of textiles. Working closely with the Technical Manager and the Senior Management team you will be reporting to a Shift Leader. You will be responsible for:
- SOP’s of our machine park
- dyeing machines and other machines whilst always maintaining a keen eye for cleanliness and safety
- the start-up and shut down of operating equipment
- preventative and routine maintenance, preserving longevity of our machinery
- by example by adhering to health & safety policies and promoting safe standards of work
- in general duties within the factory ensuring a smooth running operation
What do you bring
- to operate complex state of the art machinery.
- experience working within a factory environment operating different machinery
- you bring previous experience working within a textile or dyeing company that is a huge bonus
- in English, good understanding of Dutch (both a must)
- technical proficiency, attention to detail, problem solving skills, safety consciousness, excellent communication skills
What do we offer?
- EUR 3000 – 4000 (monthly gross salary)
- working week; Monday - Friday (40 hours)
- the moment we only operate durint the day in future rotating shifts will be implemented; you are either starting at 6am or 2pm
- days holiday, pension scheme
- Hoofddorp, walking distance from train station and bus stop (1km)
