What You'll Be Up To As a Senior Sales Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind the exciting expansion of our innovative offerings. Your mission will involve building and cultivating dynamic relationships with clients and sealing significant deals while nurturing existing partnerships. You'll be the go-to champion for our flagship products: the M1 and MX Metal AM Systems, our cutting-edge, all-in-one robotic 3D metal printing solutions.

Your adventure will include:

- Establishing and deepening strong, collaborative connections with industrial clients
- Leading a customer-focused sales journey that creates shared victories
- Analyzing requirements, RFQs, and tenders while brainstorming tailored solutions with clients
- Designing and presenting personalized quotes and service packages
- Showcasing our brand at major international events, conferences, and expos
- Monitoring, analyzing, and fine-tuning sales data to sharpen your strategy
- Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer

Functie eisen

** Requirements **

- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Engineering background preferred)
- Degree in Material Science or relevant experience in the metals industry is highly beneficial
- Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Sales, ideally within energy, manufacturing, or high-tech sectors
- Strong customer-focused approach with skills in deal closure and the ability to build long-term relationships
- Creative and proactive mindset with excellent communication abilities
- Capacity to excel in an international, fast-paced, high-tech environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing scale-up
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands; must possess EU citizenship or a valid work permit for the Netherlands
