Why this role mattersThis is where performance meets commercial impact. As our Social Performance Specialist, you own and optimize paid social channels like Meta, TikTok and Snapchat across multiple brands and markets. Your mission is simple: grow paid social revenue and ROAS through smarter strategy, stronger testing and sharper optimization.
You are not here to run “nice” campaigns.
You are here to make paid social perform, scale and deliver revenue.
What you’ll do
- Set up, manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat (and where relevant: Reddit);
- Drive brand- and country-specific execution and support the launch of new markets;
- Build and run an A/B testing framework across brands and markets to improve revenue and ROAS;
- Develop and execute paid social performance strategies with a clear focus on commercial growth;
- Systematically test and optimize creatives, audiences, bidding strategies and campaign structures;
- Brief, develop and evaluate high-performing ad creatives together with the Creative Studio and B2C Content team;
- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance and translate insights into actionable optimizations;
- Work closely with the Team Lead Performance Marketing to spot new opportunities in campaigns, creative approaches and market expansion;
- Occasionally support operational tasks across other performance channels (e.g., affiliates) when needed.

- Paid social revenue and ROAS improve across brands and key markets;
- Testing becomes structured: clear hypotheses, fast learnings, consistent iteration;
- Creative feedback loops get sharper and output improves;
- Campaign setups become cleaner and easier to scale;
- You become the go-to person for paid social performance decisions and insights.

What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related field;
- 2+ years of performance marketing experience with a focus on paid social (e-commerce/retail is a plus);
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads and tools like Smartly (or similar);
- Confidence managing sizable media budgets and making optimization trade-offs;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into performance improvements and creative guidance;
- Proactive, commercial mindset: you’re always looking for more impact from the same investment;
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
