Efficiently and effectively work with the goal of creating a range of vessels through the development, design, and construction of a portfolio!

As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll work on various types of ships. Your duties will encompass a range of tasks aimed at transforming technical building specifications into Basic and Detailed Engineering packages. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise across diverse fields and presents the potential for further development.

Tasks
  • To execute the four phases of engineering
  • Design check, basic engineering, detailed engineering, and production support
  • To assess input of detailed engineering and suppliers and prepare technical specifications;
  • To work closely with stakeholders and to support the Class and National authorities' approval process;
  • To monitor quality and to organize system integrations;
  • To perform calculations
  • To coordinate the outsourcing of work to subcontractors and engineering
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field of Mechanical Engineering;
  • Preferably 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar field;
  • An open mindset to— and an interest in the innovation of new technologies;
  • A good command of the English language, both verbally and written;
  • Good communication skills;
